It is with great pleasure that I welcome you all to this annual Singapore Raffles International Music Festival.
I have seen the festival grow over the years and much of this is due to the enthusiasm and passion of all the participants whether performers, jury, or organizers.
As part of the jury I know I can look forward to hearing and enjoying the great range of talent in the region that will be taking part this year and I know that I’m always going to be in for a treat or special delight from a new younger performer or the return of a more established musician.

Welcome to the 11th Singapore Raffles International Music Festival (SRIMF) 2025!
SRIMF is a yearly International music competition for Strings, Piano, Woodwind, Chamber groups and Instrumental Ensemble. Centered around a high standard of competition platform for honing young musicians’ talents and performing skills, the festival is accompanied by masterclasses and workshops by distinguished guests worldwide, and a much anticipated Gala Concert celebrating winners.
Now in its 11th edition, SRIMF is proud to spotlight chamber music and ensemble competitions, fostering the spirit of collaboration and musical excellence. We are also thrilled to introduce a brand-new Symphony Orchestra category, offering an exciting platform for orchestral talents to shine.
Our highly anticipated solo competition will be hosted online, with distinguished professors offering invaluable insights. Winners will earn the honor of performing at the prestigious Solo Grand Prix Concert.
We hope to uncover talents and unleash creativity amongst young musicians during Festival Programs and help them enjoy music and achieve more in their music journey. We are very grateful to provide an International performing stage for 2000+ participants from 23 countries in the 10th SRIMF edition.

The 2025 SRIMF Strings, Piano and Woodwind Solo Categories Competition will be held ONLINE, offering musicians from around the world a chance to shine!
Gold Award winners will be invited to perform at the prestigious live Winners’ Grand Prix Concert in Singapore. During this extraordinary event, multiple special awards, including the coveted Best Performance Award, will be presented. The Best Performance winner will take home a $2,000 cash prize, a fine bow, and an exclusive masterclass with world-class professors.
All participants will receive e-certificates and detailed jury feedback to support their musical journey. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to showcase your talent.
