Registration Fees

The registration fee for local and international participating in the festival is a one-time charge of:
  • SGD $300 for Chamber Music Category A1/A2/A3.
  • SGD $450 for Chamber Music Category A4.
  • SGD $500 for Instrumental Ensemble Category B1/B2/B3.
  • SGD $600 for Instrumental Ensemble Category B4.
  • SGD $600 for Symphony Orchestra Category C1/C2/C3.
The deadline for the registration for the 11th Singapore Raffles International Music Festival is 1st May 2025. These fees are non-refundable and payable upon application to take part in the festival.

Application Requirements

The items in the list below must accompany every festival application, failing which the application would not be considered complete.
  • Completed Registration Form
  • Write-Up Ensemble Profile
  • Photography of group and conductor in high resolution for the festival booklet (minimum file size of 1MB)
  • Registration Fees
Applications submitted with completed registrations before 28 February 2025 will qualify for an Early Bird Discount of 5%.
For the Instrumental Ensemble & Symphony Orchestra Groups, application that send in their completed registrations before 28 February 2025 will get an early bird registration waiver of SGD $250 which will be offset in their final invoice. Please note that an individual festival package still must be chosen.

Festival Pass Fees
Music Competition
The main focus of Singapore Raffles International Music Festival is international music competitions in a professional and friendly environment. Thus providing a positive platform for young musicians to challenge themselves, showcase their talents, foster friendships, and hone musical skills through competitions.
Bringing together Ensembles from around the world, the competition serves as a platform for groups of all ages and backgrounds to demonstrate their musicianship and unique cultural heritage. It is also your ensemble’s chance to play in one of Singapore’s emblematic concert hall venues!
Concert Performance
The Gold Award Winning Group will have the opportunity to perform at the Closing Ceremony & Gala Concert. The organizing committee will invite some teams to participate in public performances based on application.
Workshop Masterclass
From a follow-up Ensemble workshop after the competition, the Ensemble can sigh up for workshop, where a member will get to work with the Conductor, exchange musical ideas, experience the cultural and dynamics of Ensemble Music performance.
Meeting-the-Jury
Jurys‘ meeting will be held in the form of a sharing session. This session allows the Jury to provide valuable feedback, advice to the ensemble group. – A perfect platform for learn and improve.
Outreach Program
Tie-up with various partners to provide outreach performance venues for the ensemble. This usually involves a 10 minutes performance to locals venue, providing a platform to share your culture and music with Singapore.

Festival Pass Fees (International Ensemble)

  • The festival has 2 festival fee packages to select from. Every participating group must select a festival package as part of their participation.
  • Please drop an email to info@srimf.sg with your Ensemble Name and Country for us to send you the appropriate package rates for the festival.
